Natasha McCann, the Founder of The Seville Expat Agency, is a trilingual (English, Spanish
and French) British Real Estate Agent and “Personal Property Shopper” based in Seville
where she has been living and working since 2022. With extensive experience in luxury
Customer Service as an independent collaborator for Seville Sotheby’s International Realty,
the importance of providing excellent service that goes the extra mile is fundamental to The
Seville Expat Agency’s core values.

Having worked with many fellow foreigners making their move to Seville often from far away with limited Spanish and limited knowledge of local real estate practices and after recognising the many challenges that this process generally entails; she discovered the huge demand for assisting expats as their personal
representative in Seville throughout their search, helping to make their move both safe and
stress-free as their eyes and ears on the ground.

Whilst recovering from a significant and life-changing medical incident in early 2024, the idea of taking this passion and experience further was heightened and The Seville Expat Agency was born.

Beyond the property related assistance, Natasha also recognised the need for social integration into local life amongst expats after their arrival, which is where The Seville Expat Agency social events come in to play to kick-start integration once in Seville.
